Built for Versatility
Versatility is the main characteristic of the MULTIPATCH. It is the first equipment on the market that integrates the 3 main functions for road maintenance, Microagglomerate | Asphalt Slurry, Synchronized Seal and Mixer | Patcher, all installed in the same vehicle.
Works with 2 intechangeable modules, to unluck the 3 functions.
Top of the line components; PRINCE hydraulic system, SIEMENS computerization, John Deere auxiliary engine.
Asphalt Microagglomerate and Slurry
The integration of the SIMMEX mixer, a 3200 water tank, a 400 liter filler tank and a 400 liter emulsifier or liquid additive tank, all computerized, all this means the MULTIPATCH can carry out Microagglomerate and Slurry Asphalt work
This module is operated through the HMI SIEMENS control panel.
The operator can configure the following parameters:

Computerized Synchronized Seal Spreader
The MULTIPATCH is equipped with a synchronized seal module which performs the conservation work in up to 330cm wide.
It is operated through the HMI SIEMENS 7 inch touch screen.
The operator can configure the following parameters in the computer:
-Filler ratio in lts/m2.
-Emulsion pouring ratio en lts/m2
-Pouring section
The system automatically calculates and executes the pouring speed with a single click based on the truck speed.
Mixer and Patching
The third feature that makes this equipment versatile is the ability to produce quality mix on-site for patching, re-leveling, pre-mixing sealant, bonding, crack filling, and any activity involving a mixer and patcher.
Like the other two modules, it is operated via the 7-inch SIEMENS HMI touch interface.
The operator can configure the following parameters in the computer:

After configuring the previous parameters, the operator can start the production with a single click. Cold mixing for patching, seal pre-mixing, etc
